All foods eaten require nutrient dense food and contains antibodies and antixodants which are vital for the formation of a newborn baby’s immune system. It turns to the breast milk after the day of birth of your baby up to 2-4 days of your baby’s age. Colostrum is thicker and more yellow than the breast milk that is given to the baby subsequently.
