One’s childhood is the foundation for everything that is to come. While children should be active and playful at their age, their over usage of mobile phones has led them to live a sedentary lifestyle leading to obesity, digital fatigue, defective eyesight and many other health issues, and also leading to many psychological issues. They are also subjected to inappropriate content and sometimes are affected by cyber crimes- cyber bullying.
It is also said that excessive usage of mobile phones in children can also numb their brain development as they are constantly subjected to harmful radiation at an age which is a crucial period for development. It is because of the over usage of mobile phones that the children have isolated themselves from their family leading to reduced human interactions.
Anything that is created for the benefit of human beings should be used in moderation for it to be enjoyed, rather mobile phones have become a threat because of their excessive usage.
