Education System in India is still the same,
Following are points that haven’t changed much in the Education System
1. Schools and Colleges teach you to Study Books and not the Practical Knowledge you require to Survive.
2. We are taught to be Bookworms, Rather than to be Street Smart
3. Everybody is Judged on Basis of Marks they score which determines whether he is Bright Student or a Dull one
4. Competative Exams are losing their purity and distressing effects of Corruption are being seen
5. Most Educational Institutions are Just Money Making Machines which care more about profit Rather than imparting good Quality Education to Students
These are just the tip of the Iceberg Problems that we see, Endless Lists can be Written on the Problems our Education System has
Fortunately here are steps or Measures that can be Taken to Improve the Education System of India
1. Students and Graduates must be taught skills which are useful for survival rather than make them pages of books which are baseless and don’t provide any help
Ex: Financial Savings Knowledge, Practical of Filing taxes, Networking skills which help them land a Job that is best Suited for them
2. Change your Path soon, Not everybody become a Family Prodigy
In India’s a Doctor’s son becomes a Doctor and Chartered Account children follow the Same path .Are they being asked what they this one major flaws where people are being forced to become something which they are not Interested in.
3. Good Institutions need to come up
Surrounding us our Education System runs on Money, Corruption seeping in every corner this has stop , as it effects somebody who is exceptionally talented but misses an opportunity due to this and Somebody who is an Average but gets the Opportunities due to the fault in the System
4. Life Skills required not Soft skills
The World is getting Competitive day by day to match up to the Standards, Schools and Colleges must teach valuable life skills such as Survival in Corporate, Upskilling by self rather to depend on others etc..
5. Pressure to improve not to perform
Competative Exams have rather increased the pressure on Students and have created the image whether it’s do or die if you pass or fail
It isn’t, Life isn’t over if don’t get into IIT or IIM
Life is done if you Don’t clear your NEET or CAT exam
Life shall not be difficult if you have failed in your Exams, Success comes from using the knowledge in the journey that you’ve taken remember success isn’t judged by Educational Certificates rather it’s measured by the Knowledge that you put into Practical Use form the Education
These are some Suggestive Measure, Do start a Discussion on my profile if you want a Detailed analysis of our Education System flaws and Measures to Improve it.
Thank you
