It is not a fantasy to accept the fact that education is indeed not provided to a large section of the current hierarchical society that we live in. People say one’s foreground is developed based on education, but whether one is going to be educated or not depends heavily on their background. 

The unavailability of education for a major part of the world, or profoundly for the masses of India, is not contemporary but has always existed since ancient times. People with superior forms of birth, or those with widespread connections, were always prioritized to be given the gift of knowledge and rule over those who were not.

As for me, eternity was created on Earth altogether, and so have people developed and evolved themselves through their relationships with the environment. Hence, education shall never be a luxury to be offered to a separate section of individuals but profoundly more to the masses.

However, to overcome the issue of educational unavailability throughout the nation, acknowledging its state of existence is a must. The government should first release the cast census that has been hidden since 2011. Moreover, the entire hierarchical structure of the country needs to be re-developed.
