3. **Promote Lifelong Learning**: Promote the culture of continuing education so that every individual regardless of their age will want to go back to school in-order to acquire more skills.
4. **Utilize Technology**: Education is one of the key areas benefited from technology as technology help to offer education through online courses, virtual class and through education applications.
