Having access to education is right but it is really disheartening that not everyone gets to exercise this right. According to me the reason lies at grassroot level. Children from early age are forced to work just to earn some more money. That is mostly due to their thinking of underprivileged that more children means more earning, ignoring the fact it also means more resources would be required to fulfil atleast the basic necessities. Reason for this is obviously poverty, unreachable location like places where one has to struggle to reach so, making institution becomes a problem. Another reason is economic instability. Even though government has launched various schemes to help out these underprivileged popularity, female still remain at disadvantage. They dropout from school to take care of family. As we know the scheme and law are made for benefit but these schemes are rarely utilised.
