The factors that are responsible for decreased ratio of women in workplaces are —

1. Social Causes — First thing which is the main cause is the conservative thoughts of society. Society consider women are only made for household works, they are not mentally and physically  able for formal workplaces even in many areas they are not allowed to go outside.
2. Patriarchal Society—  The second thing is male dominated society where women are not even free to take their own decision, even great philosopher Aristotle didn’t believe on women equality“ women are inferior to men, a complete defective male” this is what male dominated society think about women.
3. Illiteracy — The other reason is lack of proper education. Education is not only provide knowledge but also made people responsible for themselves that they think about what is right or wrong. The ratio of women education is very low not only in higher education but also in primary education.
4. Unsafe Environment— Unsafe environment of workplaces is also the reason which prevent them to go outside. Women face harrassment cases in their workplaces, not only workplace are safe but public transport, their locality etc. also.

Safety measures which should be taken —

1. Talk about women equality , spread the message between male dominated society that women are capable enough for formal work.
2. Made safe working environment for women so that they don’t feel hesitate.
3. Aware people towards women education so they should keep progressive and participate in the development of the society .
4. And the last thing that the work of renovation of societal thoughts starts from own family because  family made society and if the family has healthy thought then society already thinks positively.
