As the generation moving forward opportunities are growing and there are opportunities fir everyone to grow . But as we grow and build up we need clear communication and understanding. But as we see people have a too less clarity these days . And we are living in a very fast paced world now. People have too little patience . Here problems start to get bigger as women also goes through significant amount of hormones ups and downs. Which also effects there mood and will to build clarity. To be at highest productivity men and women both need to understand each other’s physiology at least a little bit and practice patience to build stronger bonds and clearity. Understanding each other and clear communication solves a lot of problems. It will prevent jealousy between colleges and damages to each other. Because some people takes things personally and goes in a revenge mode. Proper training amd education will prevent this. And at some extent everyone should learn self defence. It will help them mentally and physically both.
