Nebular Hypothesis

The heated air above the land rises as the sun heats the land more quickly than the sea, and cooler air from the sea replaces it, producing a cool breeze. In contrast, a land breeze blows from the land to the sea at night.The mountain and valley breeze is another example; it is found in hilly or mountainous regions and is characterised by warm air rising from the valleys and moving up the slopes during the day and cooler air flowing down the mountains into the valleys at night.
